Skillful Kusalasutta

“I will teach you the skillful and the unskillful … “Kusalañca vo, bhikkhave, desessāmi akusalañca. Taṁ suṇātha …pe… And what is the unskillful? katamañca, bhikkhave, akusalaṁ? Killing living creatures … Pāṇātipāto …pe… wrong view. micchādiṭṭhi—This is called the unskillful. idaṁ vuccati, bhikkhave, akusalaṁ.

And what is the skillful? Katamañca, bhikkhave, kusalaṁ? Not killing living creatures … Pāṇātipātā veramaṇī …pe… right view. sammādiṭṭhi—This is called the skillful.” idaṁ vuccati, bhikkhave, kusalan”ti.
